I've had zero issues with bluetooth connection so far (other than the audio lagging video, which I expected). The two-step process to set up the stereo mode is easy and quick. "Sunsetz" by Cigarettes After Sex and "Sweet Dreams/Seven Nation Army" by Pomplamoose both had surprisingly compelling bass response without losing the mid and tweet range clarity. The Shins' "New Slang" is crisp, but the rasp/güiro sound is recessed. The little bloops in Duran Duran's "Come Undone" are definitely audible and don't get hidden by the percussion.
I have some tracks I use for testing to see if I can hear certain details. I don't plan to use these for video, so I'm willing to let that pass. There is a lag when watching video, somewhere under half a second but it's noticeable if you're paying any attention to action/speech vs sound timing. At low volumes, the bass is pleasing and detailed, but I suspect if I crank it much at all it will rapidly degrade*. I can't do a true side by side since I sent the Sonos units back already. The sound quality is at least as good as the Sonos pair, with possibly better stereo imaging. So, I sent them back and reluctantly bought the Soundlink Flex units.
